Summary: Vacuum is ok, but the rotator brush is terrible. It stops constantly and you have to remove all of the hair and debris and then only sometimes it will work. I finally trashed it and use only the small brush for the stairs. Looking at a Shark to replace this as my main vacuum.
Summary: Suction is the only good thing about this sweeper. The " power" nozzle barely functions on carpet and oigh, the pet hair doesn't get to the canister because it's too busy getting wrapped around the brush bar.
Summary: Sucks up dirt great on carpet. It was a like too powerful and chewed up 1 of my braided rugs. Wha I don't like is that it says its multifloor but it doesn't work well on hardwood floors at all! You have to set the head on top of the dirt to get it to pick it up.

Summary: I wanted a canister vac, after having the animal upright Dyson, which was very good but had for a long time and it was time for a new vac. I bought mine from HSN or QVC, cant remember, but should have sent it back right away but was too busy w things in my life, so I guess I'm stuck w this piece of...
Summary: The vacuum was fine to start with. But then the button no longer stops the head from spinning. I sent the vacuum into dyson, they sent it back with a new head, but they never tested the machine out, so it actually was worse than before.
