Excerpt: I also find that the cord rewinds quite quickly and is easy to pull out. Although no one in my family has an allergy, this machine is approved for allergy sufferers with its clean exhaust air. In addition, the machine can be stored neatly and in an upright position without tangling the hoses. At € 320, this is not a cheap vacuum cleaner . But it gives excellent suction power and is sturdily built. I am sure I will enjoy using this vacuum cleaner for a long time.
Summary: I bought this vacuum hoping that it is the best of the best because of Dyson brand name. I was mistaken. It has poor manoeuvrability on the carpet floors: difficult to get the unit from around the corner. The unit is bulky and heavy and the hose constantly twisting while trying to put it on or take it off from the unit, and when vacuuming.
Pros: great suction! good for the carpet floors.
Cons: heavy bulky hose is twisting poor manoeuvrability noisy
Summary: The idea is good but the darn thing is build so cheap that it doesn't last. The hose being the worst, it didn't even survive the first week. In comparison, my old vacuum is 15 years old and never broke down. Not even the hose.
Summary: In 34 years we have gone from Kenmore - Electrolux - Miele and now Dyson. I am like Sir James Dyson, I've always wanted to design the perfect vacuum system! I think Dyson comes close to it. It is a very powerful vacuum system and compact in design. This machine comes with a long power cord and a good size vacuum hose. One criticism would be that the vacuum hose will twist during the operation and you need a second hand to keep the hose from doing this.
Pros: excellent suction mobile and compact storage
