Summary: The part of the vacuum that is attached to the base of the device does not stay connected. I constantly need to turn the thing off and push the hose back into that space to use it...but it doesn't catch. Will need to purchase another more advanced vacuum cleaner soon. Preferably one that is not detachable to the base.
Summary: It does what it says. It picks up the dirt & hair from your pets quick & easy. The bagless feature is awesome. Now my wife doesn't have to deal with changing a bag & getting all that dust in her face.

Summary: The only issue I have with this is the foot release to lower the vacuum. It is very cheap and poor made. You have to put your heel on the top of the vacuum to place back in the upright position.
Summary: Amazing. I bought this because I was fed up with my Dyson which never worked nearly as well. It sucks up SO MUCH pet hair and has yet to get clogged or anything. The hose could have a little more suction but overall it's very worth it.
Summary: Works great! I purchased this quite some time ago. But I wanted to wait a few months before reviewing to get a more accurate review. Anyhow, I have 2 dogs. 1 of which sheds like no other, and the vaccum works wonderfully to suck up all his long husky hair! I am very impressed by it! It is also very easy to clean, and easy to empty the filter. Would definitely recommend!
Summary: Ok I read the review on it and thought it would be perfect. It didn't have quite the great suction everybody raved about. It's good but my old vac had better. I does pick up tons of pet hair so that is great. It is lightweight and quieter than my old machine. One dislike is the hose keep popping out of the bottom piece which my old vac also did but not as bad. So in a word, it's OK.
Summary: Seriously, this thing makes your carpet look like it's being vacuumed but leaves a ton and the filter needs changing all the time. I've had mine 11 months and now i'm storing in my dumpster because it stopped all together any kind of meaningful suction just before the motor blew up. You get what you pay for. There's little value when the damn thing doesn't even last a a year of twice a month use. Save your money and by a brand that actually cares about quality.
Summary: One of the key features that continually fails is the suction hose that is "friction fit" into the lower housing - This pops out constantly regardless of the slack you place in the hose. It should have been designed to lock into the lower housing, as with other Dirt Devil Vacs. A simple twist and lock feature would have made this a lightweight, inexpensive vacuum suitable for small home/apartment users.
