Summary: Serious design issues ergonomically and functionally. The tube assembly is too heavy and uncomfortable to operate laterally. For what's supposed to be a compact unit, it weighs more than it should overall. The bigger issue, however, is how quickly it clogs up.
Summary: I bought it week ago,used twice . It is very nice vacuum for smaller apartments or places where are mostly floor with little area rugs. My place is big and I have some rooms with carpets and some with bare floors,other with area rugs. I am worry that it is not what I need.
Summary: If you are a family of 4 with a pet or two, this vacuum is not for you. Granted we make alot of dirt in our kitchen/living room area I do vacuum every day. Cleaning out the filter (not only the canister) is needed after almost every use if you want full suction power. Not very easy or convenient.
