Summary: Brand new the product was fine. After that is was a nuisance at best. The filter is constantly getting clogged and had to be cleaned. I know it is for light use but after a while it wasn't even good for that. It would not hold a charge any more. Just a bad design from a good vacuum manufacturer. I ended up selling mine at a garage sale.
Summary: I really wanted this product to work as it is perfect for the antique wood floors in my home. It works fairly well but looses suction power quickly and only stays charged for a very brief period of time. Its hard to find units that don't have rotary brushes. I hope they revamp this product and improve the motor.
Summary: This thing is the most frustrating piece of junk I have ever owned. It does not pink up crumbs. It does not pick up dust. It does not pick up paper bits. When I found myself using my other vac to vacuum around it, I finally gave up on it. Now I have to pay to throw it away because it isn't worth donating and I'm not going to saddle some one else with this junk. I went to Lowes and bought an Electrolux Unirapido. The Electrolux is wonderfull!
Summary: The Dirt Devil KRUZ, while it looks kind of cool, is cordless and is only about $30 at Target, well if you're looking for a vacuum that picks up stuff stay away from the KRUZ. I will have to go over dirt/lint on my rug 5 or 6 times to pick anything up. Hardwood floors don't fare much better.
Summary: We just recently installed brand new cherry laminate flooring and ceramic tile in our house and we wanted a vacuum that was made specifically for hard surfaces. It's not really all that powerful, but it gets the job done for the most part. It's good at sucking up cat litter and dog and cat hair, but as someone else said, it is hard to control. It seems to have a mind of its own and goes in whatever direction it wants.
Summary: I also bought this for quick pickups on hardwood floors. It did ok with dust bunnies and very small dirt particles but I thought it would have more suction. After using it three times the button that turns it on stopped working. I have to continually hold the button down for it to run. Very disappointed - it is going back to the store today.
Loses Suction after several times of use...even after fully recharging.

Summary: We have had this vacuum for about 7 months now. At first, it was doing a fairly good job for what it was meant for. We have hardwood floors on our entire first floor and this was bought for us for Christmas to replace a previous cordless stick vacuum whose battery quit holding a charge. For the first few months it was doing good picking up dirt, hair from 2 dogs, and whatever my 4 year old dropped along the way.
