Summary: Problems: 1. Vent in front blows dirt and dust before you can roll over it 2. Power cord way too short 3. Roller stopped working after not much use 4. The bagless system does not go back together easily I think it must have been designed in an engineering school as someones project. I hope the student got and F and decided not to pursue an engineering career.
Summary: I have 4 vacuums because my house has .4 floors. I have a Dirt Devil Easy Lite, a Bissel $100 vacuum, an Electrolux $359 vacuum and a Dyson. I ONLY use the little red DD. that little thing ROCKS. It runs circles around the highest priced things. It comes apart easily for quick maximum cleaning. The only bad thing is that thing sucks up so much dirt and debris that you have to empty it often.
Great little vacuum, saved $$ getting it at Target though

Summary: I first purchased one of these at Target during one of their Back to School sales over two years ago. At that time I had just moved into a two story, three bedroom house with two other people, and over the first year or so we also added two cats to the family. This vacuum was just a quick solution to none of us owning one yet. It turned out to be very effective on our carpet, and it's smaller size and lighter weight made it perfect for our carpeted stairs.
Summary: I just got this and am ecstatic with it...it's awesome I have a big hairy golden retriever and can't believe how much this vacuum picks up ....more than my kenmore ! I am laughing at the reviews coz I hadn't even noticed how loud it was and I think it's a good thing if you have to empty it a lot - means it picked up a lot right ? awesome buy :} p.s I never write reviews but just had to after reading other ones...this little guy rocks !
Summary: This is by far the worst vacuum cleaner! It stopped working after the first run around the top floor of my house. It kicks dirt out and makes cleaning up twelve times worse than before I used it. I've changed the filter, I've adjusted the belt and after cleaning a very small room, you have to dump the canister. It doesnt pick up hair very well, I'm very disappointed. No matter the cost, it is not worth your money!
Bad vacuum, clogs, maybe if you don't have a pet it could be ok

Summary: When I bought this vacuum cleaner, it worked all right, but after a few weeks of not even using it that much, it started clogging every time I tried to vacuum. I took it apart and cleaned it out, and it seemed that it was getting clogged with my cat's hair. The hair was getting all tangled and matted with dirt, forming little hose-sized dreadlocks that were just really hard to jam out of there with a screwdriver or a coat hanger or something that you'd think would be...
Moderately happy choice - but hair and lint are problematic

Summary: I got mine at a discount store, around $50 a couple years ago. Initially it worked well, about as well as my former canister vac from Sears, a $90 machine (price 15 years ago) I suspect the decreased power has to do with lint getting into the rollers, and lodged in the inner parts of the intake channel/hose. Sometimes the hair/sand, pet fur stays in the upper chamber and backs up into the outlet that delivers the debris to that chamber.
Summary: We move a lot. The first time I bought this vacuum because it was the cheapest one in the store and we needed temporary household basics while we waited for our regular things to be shipped. I was very surprised at how powerful this vac is. I have three toddlers so I'm vacuuming at least three times every day, usually after every meal and once before bed. I thought that amount of use would kill this little thing but it held strong.
Summary: I was nicely surprised. When I found out it only had 7 amps, I almost took it back but decided to try it out. I have another Dirt Devil that I hate. It’s a 12 amp breeze. It’s difficult to empty, the HEPA filter is located inside the dust cup, so I have to pull out the HEPA filter every time and literally pull off all the dust and hair off of it. It’s an allergy nightmare.
