Summary: Pros: Good power and picks up dirt very all and quickly Cons: very heavy to lift.... Plastic piece that holds cord in place popped off immediately and continues to pop off with every use. The placement of the cord was not well thought out.... it's too low and being that it's very long and there's nothing to keep it out of the way so you are constantly running over it and getting "stuck".
Summary: I bought this because I had an earlier version of this vacuum and loved it. I needed a new one as we had used it as a shop vac while remodeling our kitchen. The new one is at best a cheap version of the older one. VERY disappointed!
Summary: I've had this for about 1 year now and wow it works great. It does what its supposed to do, suck things up. it has a button on the handle to turn the brush on/off which i like when using on hard floors.
Summary: This vacuum has great suction which is why I stick with the Bissell Healthy Home every time I purchase a new vacuum even though they don't last for more than 3 years (in my home anyway). The all plastic parts means they break easily and since my kids do a lot of the vacuuming the vacuum just isn't designed to hold up to that kind of abuse. The attachments work great for stairs and cars.
Summary: After receiving this without the screws (was immediately taken care of by the great people at Amazon), I have come to love my new Bissell. It's not great with hair, but has awesome suction and the tools are great. If you want one that works with pet or even human hair, this one is ok, but stops up easily.
Summary: Horrible. This vacuum is a waste of money. It clogs so badly that it shuts off approx. every ten minutes, you then have to lay it down and manually unclog the brush. The catch cup creates a huge cloud of mess every time you take it off to dump it and dirt gets everywhere, so you have to clean up the area where the vacuum was emptied. I have a small 1 bedroom apartment and this machine is not up to even a small job like that.
