Summary: This vacuum has adequate suction for hard floors or carpet. The hose length is typical of many and is not a problem in any way. The length of the power cord is more than most and the auto retraction feature is great. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the small debris bag. My condo is only 1300 sq. ft. so this is not a big problem.
Summary: I love this vacuum. Although the carpet cleaner nozzle doesn't have a rotor on it, it makes it so easy to vacuum the bare floors without changing the nozzle. When it has a rotor it throws all the dirt everywhere and this one doesn't. It is easy to remove the hair from the attachment. Love the fact that it is so quiet. It is light and easy to work with.
Summary: The suction is good but, the suction part of the vacuum gets really hot and I get shocked everytime I use it so I try not to allow it to touch me when vacuuming. I do like that it extends so long.
Summary: I have searched for a vacuum for quite a while. Was tired of using one that threw dirt behind me while I vacuumed. This works well. However, it is very cheaply made. Everything is plastic. The first time I used it the front wheel broke off. It does get under the furniture and is easy to move and carry. I have mostly tile floors so I will keep using it until it no longer works. Hopefully that will be a while. It does pick up much more that my upright. Not good on carpet.
Summary: I got this yesterday and immediately put it to use. I use it for hardwood floors and thin / lightweight carpets. I don't have thick or shaggy carpets. Here are my thoughts: - It's quiet. Very quiet. I've never heard a vacuum so quiet. You could easily have a conversation while this is running. - The hose / wand build quality is fine. - The suction power is MORE than adequate for household use. It's not up to shop-vac power. But then again, it's not a shop-vac.
