Pros: USB 3.0 speeds are great reading or writing to the drive. i purchased this drive to replace another brands USB drive because their write speed was slower than some USB2.0 drives (but read speed was extremely quick). Since i am constantly moving files on and off the drive, i needed a drive that be...
Cons: the usb case lock mechism is starting the loosen up on moving the drive port out from the case, it just slides out instead of having to push past the lock. but not that big of a deal.
Summary: Tried this product on a new Toshiba Satellite S70 with USB 2 and USB 3. Worked very well in both slots. My machine at first did not want to recognize the disk in USB 2 but later after using in USB 3 it worked smoothly.
Summary: I really like the way this flash drive can retract, so you don't need a cap to protect the connector. And it stores files FAST! I am no sure I need to pay more for this feature, but it is very handy.
Summary: Let's be realistic, a thumb drive is a thumb drive, at least when discussing aesthetic qualities. Most are slab-sided plastic rectangles that look like flattened lipstick tubes, and this one is no different.
This flashdrive is definitely faster when connected to USB 3.0 port

Summary: I've found that some of these new "USB 3.0" flash drives are not much faster than their USB 2.0 counterparts, even when connected to a USB 3.0 port. That's not the case with the Verbatim Store 'n' Go V3 USB 3.0.
Excerpt: Works as expected, but I wish it did not come with Sandisk "club." I spent a lot of time searching the web to find-out what the pre-loaded material was and found little information. I finally just formatted the new flash drive.
