Summary: I have an 8GB version that I've had for more than two years. It's on my key chain and has been the entire time and I ride a motorcycle. This thing has been through rain, sleet, 104°+ Texas summer days, a wreck that ended in my getting care-flited PLUS constant use shuttling files about. It has only the parts a thumb drive needs and none of the others.
Summary: just got USB yesterday, I like the fact it is very slim. nibble and durable. Fits in my key chain, and plan on traveling with it. Its capacity list 61,89GB. wonder what happened to the whole 2GB?
Summary: Purchased the 64GB drive because I needed to back up important FEA files and results from a secured computer that was being returned(company lease was up) and not able to be hooked up to the internet. After I backed up the files and deleted them off the computer I put the flash drive on my key clip (as the design insinuates it should be stored and transported by) and I left...
Summary: Very compact, speeds are fine, the rubber flap seals well against the USB connection. My biggest issue with this drive is the flap can be difficult to fold out of the way for plugging into a computer, especially when the port is directly next to other ports that are in use. It needs a way to fold or pivot completely out of the way.
Summary: two out of two of these have failed. I just carry them on a lanyard around my neck and they die. I had a PNY hanging there about 4 times longer and it is still live and happy. Would never try again.
Summary: The electronics are fine, but the enclosure broke after 6 months of mostly being on a keyring. It was used maybe 20 times to move large files between work and home. Mostly just stays on the keyring in my pocket, and I have a desk job, nothing that is too abrasive for a bunch of keys in a pocket.
