Love it!

William N., Newegg
22 December 2014
  • Summary: I mainly bought this to transfer music from pc to laptop and play music in my car stereo. If there's one thing I hate doing, it's waiting for files to transfer, especially large files like lossless music files.
  • Pros: Pay for what you get. ~100 MB/s transfer speed of .wav files!!! Backwards compatible with usb 2.0.
  • Cons: Casing has a cheap feel to it and it get's pretty warm when plugged into my computer. I actually thought it looked similar to carbon fiber from the picture, but it's not. Wish it had the slide out style instead of having a cap. I only tested with .wavs and not large HD movies....sorry didn't have...

User Review

Carter M., Newegg
21 November 2013
  • Summary: Very satisfied for the price, would buy again.
  • Pros: Looks nice, cheap, speeds are as advertised (got 95 mbps read and 21 mbps write).
  • Cons: The cap isn't attached and is easy to lose, but I don't think that's worth knocking off a star.

An Excellent Fast Flash Drive

JOSEPH D., Newegg
5 August 2013
  • Pros: This USB 3.0 flash drive lives up to its rated speeds. It's especially useful if you want to install an operating system via USB. Keep in mind that if you don't use a USB 3.0 port on your computer it won't run at full speed; however, it will still be faster than your average flash drive.
  • Cons: 8 GB for $16 means you are paying for the speed of the flash drive and not the capacity. In my opinion, the speed is worth the extra price even if you can get 16 GB for the same price.

Fast and Elegant

  • Excerpt: I liked it, like flying a Concorde. Fast and Sleek. Just one thing... I'd prefer a sliding system to hide the USB plug. This one makes me worry about loosing the cap. But I love it.

Great Product - Works As Promised

Aya, Amazon
1 June 2013
  • Summary: Small form factor. No brainer use. Holds a lot information, I stored 15 HD quality movies on it with no problems. Only thing is I don't get it why manufacturers put their own crap on it that you don't know what do with it - i.e. if I delete will the world end?
