Dead few weeks after received

Joaquin Espidio, Amazon
16 May 2014
  • Summary: It worked perfectly just after received. Some weeks later it started corrupting files while transferring from the USB to other places. Later files couldn't be retrieved at all. I'm afraid it will stop working completely very soon.

Worst POS I've ever bought. Not USB 3.0 compatible.

Sean Bourg-Genser, Amazon
14 May 2014
  • Summary: I managed to use this device 4 times before it crapped out. The device NEVER worked in any USB 3.0 port only in USB 2.0 ports, it was also very slow even for USB 2.0. I just suddenly lost all the data on it, I tried reformatting the device, but afterwards I ran testing software and EVERY SINGLE...

Worked for awhile...

Jack Gurney, Amazon
4 May 2014
  • Summary: When it worked, it was a fine little USB flash drive. But after 9 months the Silicon Power Marvel M50 32GB USB 3.0 Flash Drive died. It was only used sparingly to move files from one computer to another in a location that has spotty network wireless. First the flash drive flickered on the desktop.

Anonymous, Newegg
30 August 2013
  • Summary: Only purchased this brand cause I have their Silicon Power Touch 830 16gb 2.0 usb flash drive and that was working wonderfully.
  • Pros: Reached advertised speeds using crystaldisk benchmark tests and price was great as well.
  • Cons: ABSOLUTE Garbage, after my initial test the day it arrived it sat in a draw with 5 other usb flash drives for 22 days, and today when I went to try store 20gbs of files over it, it wouldn't even show up in windows. Tried 2 other desktops and 1 notebook, with no sign of life. I have usbs back from...

Slower than my USB 2.0 drive

DANIEL C., Newegg
8 August 2013
  • Pros: Good price
  • Cons: Just plugged it in and started to copy 2.5GB to the flash drive, and I am still waiting for it to finish after 30minutes. I am running Windows 7 64bit on a core i7 with 6GBs of memory. I have used a Patriot 3.0 flash drive to copy 10.5GBs with this same computer, and it took less than 15 minutes....

Worked great while it worked

brian b., Newegg
12 July 2013
  • Summary: Was priced low (@ 18.99) but its not the quality of Corsair.
  • Pros: Pretty fast transfers over USB 3.0 (about 60+MB/s)
  • Cons: Died after 29 days of use. Lost partition and professional recovery partition program could not find the partition. Unplugged and plugged the device back in and two computers cannot recognize the device. Item is being sent back for replacement. Do not store things on this drive if you can't live ...
