Summary: After waiting too long for this product to arrive, I began loading a few documents then a file of pictures. I loaded approximately 10gb in total. The memory stick security sucks up most of the memory so after waiting an hour for my information to load, it told me it could not complete the load. I clicked OK then reopened the disk to see what had been saved. Nothing I loaded had been saved. All my documents and pics were gone..
Summary: As a computer Technician, I often use Flash Drives, preferably SanDisk Brand, or SD Cards, to transfer important data to and from, computer systems as I work on them; so my clients do not lose saved information. I also use the Flash Drives as a way to boot a system or recover a system if their is a failure on normal start-up, and the system so allows the use of the USB stick.
Summary: I only use SanDisk flash drives. I think they are of superior quality. This is the best price I've ever seen for this item. Better than Staples and better even than in-store WalMart. I bought three and saved $10.
Summary: I bought one of these just a few nights ago. I went to cut it open earlier to get the flash drive out of the box, when I got it out it fell apart. The whole flash drive just broke. The metal piece that goes into the computer came completely out and the back of the flash drive itself came off. I managed to get that part back on there but I can't fix where the metal piece came out, it looks like the soutering came off or something.
Summary: After transferring only two file folders with pictures, the transfer was interrupted with an error message saying the the disk was write protected and could not copy anymore. Had initially tried to copy 24.3 gb of pictures onto the 32gb flash drive. I searched online and found that this is a known problem--when it encounters an error in a file the flash drive locks up and says it is now write protected and you can't copy anymore files to it.
