Drive has a Systemic Problem that has not been corrected

Summary: SanDisk has a systemic problem with this product; The drive constantly goes into "Write Protect" mode. There solution is to keep sending you a new drive, but they have done nothing to fix the problem. This product is not ready for prime time. Just gave up and moved on, total waste of money.
Summary: Complete rubbish. After using it at less than half capacity for a year, it just craps out and doesn't power up anymore. I thought it was just the orange light that went out but it doesn't show up in "My Computer". Waste of time and now I've lost everything I haven't backed up...which was pretty significant. It'll cost a ton more to retrieve the data. Apparently this has happened to others as well.
Summary: Mine was DOA, and well actually it died in the first 10 minutes. Reboot, multiple reformats, nothing helped with the write errors. Returned SanDisk qc failed on this unit. Oh, and the SanDisk branding is not removable. For those that are wondering.
Product advertised as new but arrived in ziplock baggie

Summary: I'm a huge fan of Sandisk and I particularly love the titanium cruzers--which are impossible to find anymore. I was excited to find this listing since it was for a NEW item. To my surprise, the items (I ordered 2) arrived in a ziplock bag, not in factory packaging like they would be if they were actually new. If I wanted a used or refurbished item I would have bought elsewhere and certainly would have bought one with more storage than just 4 GB.
