Summary: Sticking to my Sandisk Cruizer for travel and leaving this in the office for moving files to customer's machines on the bench. Would give it 2.5 eggs if I could, because it still functions and I haven't had any problems besides the shotty craftsmanship of PNY.
Pros: Small, easy to plug in and remove from tight fitting places
Cons: The end cap that was made for a keyring snapped within a week causing it to hit the ground. Would've lost it had I not been at my truck. The swivel clips broke a week later that held the cap on. Now the cap and drive are two separate pieces and you can see circuitry through the holes they left.
Summary: PNY used to be a good brand my first couple of flash drives were from them and were quality made, one of which went through the washer and still worked perfectly afterward. I figured I would be a loyal customer to them because their products used to be quality made but I guess I will go with another...
Pros: Newegg service replaced 1 of these already but the 2nd one is doing the same thing (see Cons) 16gb cheap
Cons: 2 of these drives fell apart in less than a month The swivel cap fell off and i nearly lost both of these drives
Summary: Not sure what to do at this point, except try to get PNY to take it back, and if that fails, remember to never buy one of their Flash Drives again.
Pros: One of them, I bought two, worked for several months.
Cons: The one I did use one PNY Attache High Speed USB 2.0 Flash Drive (P-FD16GATT2-EF), the other one is still new in the original, unopened package. It waited until I had about 10 GBs of data on it, then suddenly stopped working. The Best PNY could tell me, was to "Re-Format it, and try again"? I did...
Summary: 0 for 2 on PNY Mini Attache 16GB. Maybe if I get one that actually works I will post a review. Untill then I'll stand by it, PNY Mini Attache 16GB is absolute junk.
Pros: None. Buy something else.
Cons: Absolute JUNK. I've tried getting two of these to recognize on 2 PC running Win7 and 1 running XP Pro. No go on both. The thumbdrives show up, however both showed up in device manager as XXXXXXXX U168 CONTROLLER USB Device. Again, JUNK. Guess I'll take this one to the local Wal-Mart(s) and exchan...
Summary: Bought one of these Christmas eve as a gift for a teenage boy in a band, who shares his recorded tracks with his friends. There were 2 brands to pick from with identical capacity/speeds. This one came with a 'free movie download' so I bought this one.
Pros: It works, although not remarkably fast.
Cons: Wrapped in one of those customer proof packages that requires a light saber to get out of the packaging.
Summary: I bought this drive because I needed something larger than 2GB to install Windows 7 with. Turns out, this little guy isn't bootable. Just a heads up. Otherwise, I guess it's a decent USB stick.
Summary: Interesting design, but cheap implementation dooms it. PNY put a loop on the swivel cap, but the cheap plastic broke in less than a week. My USB key was found on the floor where I pull out my keys. The drive works fine, so I still have 16 megs of memory.
Pros: Compact. Cap won't be lost. Functional USB drive
Cons: Craptactular plastic that breaks way to easy on a keychain
