Summary: First off, this was supposed to be an upgrade for my Lexar 16GB Firefly. No problems with the capacity. The write speed is laggy. Specifically, I'm running a genealogy program off of it, that I also ran on the Firefly. There's no comparison. The Firefly, while not zippy, is much speedier compared to the V10. Also, I got this because it could go on a keychain. Again, compared to my Firefly, there really is no comparison.
Excerpt: Compact, fast as lightning and tougher than leather, the V10 is a sweet little rocket to keep in your pocket -- for sneaker-netting files, offloading visual and auditory media, and, in the particular use I intended, storing and transporting music files to play on the car stereo system
Pros: Compact, Easy To Manage, Easy To Set Up, Fast, Highly Compatible, Rock-solid
Excerpt: On Photo trips, nightly, I back-up my Folders to my Laptop and to my Two new Lexar V-10 Drives. These are small and at 64 Gig they hold a lot of data. Your worst nightmare is a Computer crash or loss.... Mine are safe. I also got a great Deal at B&H Photo!
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Fast, High Capacity, Portable, Reliable
Excerpt: Works well, has bright blinking orange status LED under the "64GB" (off when inactive). Appearance has changed: the body is all white, and the cap is transparent purple. Not quite as cute. A bit smaller than some similar drives (Cruzer, Attache).
Pros: Easy To Set Up, Easy To Use, Fast, High Capacity, Portable
