Claim process from Amazon is a buffoonery

Summary: have one month waiting for a serious response from your side, could you please tell me directly which is your position because I hate waste my time front this kind of situations, I did not receive the purchased items, sent the claim to you, and I need my money back to proceed to another purchase of the items because I needed for my business.
Summary: Despite its description, it says it needs Windows 8 Enterprise to work. I have Pro. Didn't plug it in, as there was a warning it could mess it up if not done correctly. Sent it to my son, an IT pro, no word on whether he likes it or not. Potential was excellent, but the missing requirement earned it one star. That may be Amazon's fault. I sent Amazon a correction, and some minor unrelated changes were made, but have never heard back otherwise.
