Heroic little key

Amazon Buyer, Amazon
8 April 2012
  • Summary: I used this key for more than two years on a daily basis for critical work files... it NEVER let me down. Every bit and byte is there and ready to rock on a moments notice! I carried it in my bag so it got banged, jostled and bumped around a lot... as well as being stuck in my computer all day at the office. Very reliable and well built.

Good Data Storage, Horrible Product Design

J L Tollberg, Amazon
31 May 2011
  • Summary: I purchased this product assuming it would be a standard flash drive. The storage space was really impressive and the price is great, but the product itself has one of the worst designs I can imagine. The small metal tab that functions as a dust-cover is also what you're supposed to use for attaching a lanyard, keychain, etc. However this cover is *completely* unsecured to the actual drive itself.

Great for storage, but could use better protection for the connection

M. Trowbridge, Amazon
4 March 2011
  • Summary: Having 16 GB of storage is great. Write speeds so far are more than acceptable. The only drawback is that the cover doesn't protect the connection from dust and debris when it is closed. I happened to purchase a mini-HDMI to HDMI cable at the time I puchased my flash drive that came with a plastic cover over its connectors.

Great little bugger

Sam, Amazon
16 February 2011
  • Summary: You can't beat the price of 25 bucks on a 16gb usb flash, and this thing operates just dandy. It is relatively fast in a matter of words. Although just saying you are probably better off buying a portable usb hard drive because you get a lot more space. they fit in a pocket and are about the size of an ipod touch just a bit thicker.

Fits well in a Fit

W. S. Lob, Amazon
8 November 2010
  • Summary: This drive serves as the recording repository for our Honda Fit's audio system. The car has over 300 albums copied from iTunes. Imagine managing 300 CDs on trips! Much cheaper than a dedicated iPod for the car, though we do lose the iPod's Playlist capability. Folders are sufficient for us, especially when sorted into groups by the freeware Drivesort utility in Windows XP. Works well, never any data errors or glitches.

Kingston Data Traveler 101

J. M. Owen, Amazon
10 October 2010
  • Summary: The unit arrived on time, and works as advertised... It now serves as the backup memory for all my photos and non-system software. The second unit serves as a backup to the backup... Losing a hard drive and tons of data makes one become overly cautious... I'm a happy camper...
