Do Not Buy. Defective Product

Roy S. "Roy", Amazon
  • Summary: This is a defective product. One week after using it began to not mount or be recognized as a valid removable device by my WIndows 7 PC or my Apple Mac laptop. The initial behavior was the slow read and write I/O (much less than 2mb/s for read and writes).

Slow, unreliable

Anonymous, Newegg
17 February 2015
  • Summary: Better off paying a little more and getting a corsair.
  • Pros: Fairly cheap
  • Cons: Slow read/writes. Constantly needs to be reformatted using HP format tool as other formatting software won't recognize the full 32 mb. Does not survive repeated read/writes.

Takes a licking and keeps on ticking

B. Freyermuth, Amazon
9 February 2015
  • Summary: I hardly ever write reviews, but I felt like I had to this time. I've had this good little drive for a few years now, and it's worked great. It works great when my son stepped on it, it worked great after a lost the cap and the USB port was bent twice.
