Summary: I bought this device around 4 years ago at a cost of just over £12. This is probably expensive these days as the cost of flash drives has decreased significantly over the past number of years. I was not long in starting uni and I was extremely worried about losing all my data if my hard drive where to fail on my laptop. I had been using DVDs to backup my data but this had become time consuming and I could only store 4.7GB of data onto a single DVD.
Pros: Still works! Yet to fail me
Cons: You can get flash drives for cheaper and with larger capacity now

Summary: I was fortunate enough to get this flash drive for free from a local website and have used it for backup ever since throughout my school years and now into university. The Freecom Databar is efficient enough for those who need to back up small documents. At 4 gigabytes it's hardly the largest on the market but is large enough for me since, as a student, office documents don't take up loads of space anyway.
Pros: Fairly fast to boot up, a good amount of space
Summary: This is a very good memory stick. It's good value for money, the build quality is really good and it's small and lightweight, making it a great option for people who need a truly portable drive. However, it is quiet slow and is sometimes glitchy, losing connection. The packaging is very clear, with lots of information and txt that is easy to read. It also protects the product really well. However, it can be really hard to open, with hard plastic that can cut into skin.
Summary: I bought this about a year ago also, It has been fine to use, if a little slow both to read, write and eject! This can get annoying if you want to quickly move files from one computer to another, but if you aren't bothered by this then it's a great, VERY cheap, reliable thing. It seems to be very hardy too, how I throw it around, I am surprised it is working anymore, considering the price!
Pros: Hasn't broken, Cheap
Cons: Slow, sometimes glitchy (but has never resulted in a loss of data!)
