Not Bad

Phil E., Newegg
20 December 2011
  • Summary: I got the 8GB as a gift just over a year ago. It worked great, learning to check the usb direction took some getting used to but happens with any usb I guess, just frustrating that after crawling under a dark desk and plugging it in only to find oops wrong direction.
  • Pros: * Pretty fast. * Works great in usb slots that are damaged since you can press it slightly at an angle to hit the pins if the pins are worn out and flattened.
  • Cons: * Plugging it in backwards is annoying. * Easy to lose in your pocket, I kept mine in a small altoids size tin. * Not very durable after 12 months of daily use.

Lasted 13 months

Anonymous, Newegg
22 October 2011
  • Summary: No obvious reason why it died.
  • Pros: Kept it on my key ring using 2 split rings & carried it everywhere. Very small. Inexpensive. Tolerated abuse for over a year.
  • Cons: Wish it would have lasted longer but it was subject to a lot of abuse.

Great USB Stick

Peter P., Newegg
20 June 2011
  • Summary: Gizmo may want to consider offering these in a multitude of colors as the white could be mistaken for a chicklet.... Great USB stick -- don't use anything but these.
  • Pros: Small USB stick that can be attached to your key ring without increasing the size.
  • Cons: Is very small -- if you're not used to the stick, you can lose it pretty easily.

  • Summary: I know stuff like this happens. I liked the compact size though.
  • Pros: I originally bought this drive to use as a readtboost device, and it worked great for that.
  • Cons: I was trying to cut and paste about 4 gb worth of files when it bricked. couldnt read write, and refused to reformat on 3 differnt computers/operating systems.

Stopped working after 9 months

David O., Newegg
6 May 2011
  • Pros: It worked great as a USB Windows disk for the time it did work.
  • Cons: The drive will fit in a USB port upside down, so it's difficult to tell which way it should be facing if you don't have a clear view of the port. It stopped working after nine months.

love these little guys

Anonymous, Newegg
21 February 2011
  • Summary: A handy tip: wrap different colored tape around them to make it easier to tell which is used for what.
  • Pros: Small, neat little device with no extra frills. Small enough you don't notice them in pocket, key chain, or laptop case
  • Cons: Also small enough to lose easily. I tie mine to a lanyard with a loop of fishing line.

Great Product would recommend!

ROBERT N., Newegg
2 February 2011
  • Pros: compact, doesnt get in the way like other bulky USB Memory Flash. Currently using on my WIN 7 Home Premium with a combo of 4 gigs. Makes it fly using Ready Boost! plus space for your keychain!
  • Cons: too compact for some people can easily get lost.

Gizmo!

Eric V., Newegg
3 January 2011
  • Summary: Nice to have on your keys, but not a replacement for a full sized USB drive.
  • Pros: -Tiny! -Cheap
  • Cons: -Tiny! Mine didn't come with a keyring small enough to fit, hope you have one or you might lose this guy! -No status LED. Not too bad for small files, but if you are copying a Win 7 ISO for example, you might want to remember you have it going.
