Summary: The majority of the case is metal and very durable, but it sandwiches plastic for the keyring thing. I broke mine in a week, lost it within minutes after that. Also the retracting feature is outdated. Make it smaller, not more moving parts. Pretty decent speed though.
Summary: I've used 3 other brands of USB drives & none 'cept this ADATA has crapped out on me like this.
Cons: 1st one died w/ in a month. Replacement died 1.5 mos later. Problem same for both:USB became incommunicado during a large file write. After that, drive wasn't recognized by WIN7's file explorer, nor did it appear in Disk Manager. Oddly, it appeared in Device Mgr,, but uninstalling, reinstalling, ...
Summary: After having a very good experience with Adata's S102 Pro series (bought several of them) I decided to upgrade to this model. Like other reviewers have mentioned, I keeps asking for a re-format, it was bad out the box.
Summary: it's might be a defective product. Submitting RMA !
Pros: Slim Design
Cons: Large file copy (8GB), read/write performance starts off fine, but write performance starts degrading significantly and where it's staying while operation takes 60 sec and it takes 8-10 mins to do the job.
Summary: The product I received worked fine, the problem is the picture and description said it was a brushed aluminum surface, not true, the one I received was black and plastic. If the picture and description are wrong. please change it!
