Summary: This was my 'wallet' USB drive, used about once a month when I was out and about and needed to grab a copy of something digital. As of yesterday, Windows sees it when inserted, but only sees the controller, not the memory or its contents. It might be time to convert to Sandisk.
Summary: Believed the product was broken for months, with the seller being little help. Seemed like it was dead weight until I messed around with it for a bit and managed to get it working by "safely removing hardware". Haven't had this problem with any of the many other drives I've used. Had high hopes for what is clearly marketed as a drive you can rely on (waterproofing), but in actuality may be a headache waiting to happen. Not worth losing the data.
Summary: It works fine as a USB drive. However I cannot reccomend it because the cap comes of very easily. Within the same day I lost the cap twice and for the last time. Due to that, I can't use it as water proof, so I have in part wasted my money. I can't even find where to get a replacement. If you DO happen to know where, please comment.
Summary: This was a source of disappointment for me. It worked great for awhile, then suddenly became unreadable. After running some diagnostic software from the manufacturer I shipped it back and received a replacement. It didn't last nearly as long before doing the same thing. I think I'm done with Adata.
