Summary: I have used this product for over a year now. I have had the original 512mb one still and it works like a charm. That one was used for approximately 2 years and still functioning. I know some people have had issues w/ it lasting for awhile, I don't really know what to say in those cases...
Pros: Light weight, Unique look, waterproof, no lanyard
Summary: I would stick with Kensington or Crucial. You can reach a human if you have a problem and they stand behind their products.
Pros: Inexpensive. Rubberized coating does protect it.
Cons: Worked fine while it lasted. Was not a fast drive. I purchased it in Oct 2007 and it died yesterday. I called A-Data to look into its "lifetime" warranty. All voice mail boxes were full and I could not leave a message with them, nor speak to anyone.
Summary: teriffic product for the price and memory size
Pros: Great flash drive, Its large and it feels sturdy. Comes in a nice rubber case so breaking it would be hard by dropping. Fast enough for whatever needs you have. I am currently using it to boot linux on it incase i need linux on the go.
Cons: I didn't get this on NewEgg so it really has nothing to do with them but this drive came DOA when I bought it over 6 months ago brand new. Whenever I plugged it into a computer the computer would freeze. It wasn't just my computer it was also friends computers and my computer at work.
