  • Pros: sleek and simple. does exactly what it needs to. good build quality
  • Cons: this thing is a dust magnet. the power plug that goes into the back of the hub is angle. it would have been nice to have a straight plug.

  • Pros: Does what you think it would. Well made.
  • Cons: The cable for the power adapter is not nearly long enough. If you're putting this on your desk and the power strip for your desktop or whatever is on the floor, this is not long enough. Keep that in mind. If you don't need the hub to be powered then it won't matter since it'll operate from USB po...

Pretty straight forward USB HUB

Travis E., Newegg
29 January 2013
  • Summary: Would have liked to see a toggle switch to turn on the "fast charging" ports, but instead have to remove USB cable connecting the HUB to the computer.
  • Pros: Compact size; own power supply.
  • Cons: Due to size, USB ports are close together, troublesome for some USB plugs.

  • Summary: Great little product if you need more USB outlets. Well worth the cost. The only downside is that it is very light and slides around the desk. You may want to consider securing it with velcro or putting something a little heavy on top of it.

pretty good deal

Randy B., Newegg
16 November 2009
  • Summary: Whenever you buy a hub, make sure it is an active (powered) hub, otherwise you'll be out of luck for most devices you plug into it.
  • Pros: The fact that it is powered (active hub) is a very good thing; passive hubs are almost worthless, I've never been able to get a passive hub to work reliably with any of my hardware.
  • Cons: Nothing to speak of.
