Excerpt: I purchased this hub about 6 months ago. Since it was basically a "plug in and use" installation, I found it to be just what I needed. HOWEVER: after using it for 6 months, it no longer works. I went to the Staples location where it was purchased and they wouldn't do anything to help me. I was told that I had to contact Belkin for any warranty repair or replacement. I contacted them and they told me that without a receipt, they will not honor their warranty.
Excerpt: I bought this at a staples store. I had the receiver for my wireless keyboard and a bluetooth dongle hooked up to it. After 30 days, it stopped working. It still supplies power to any device I connect to it, but my computer does not see any device connected to the hub. I tried returning it back to Staples but they wouldn't accept it back because of their 14 day return policy. Next time, i'll buy from someone else who has a better return policy.

Excerpt: Died 10 days after I bought it. How does a Hub stop working - I don't get it. After a little over a week, I started the system up and mouse and key board did not work. First noticed no keyboard light. It did pass through the internet connection and printer connection, but not the key board or mouse. Weird.
