Great USB Hub

leetbuckeye, Ebay
4 February 2011
  • Summary: I also have the 4 port hub for home use, and this one for work. The hub stays put and stays flat on my desk and provides me concurrent use of tons of the usb devices I have around the office. Great product from Belkin.

  • Summary: Not only are their 7 ports (well six if you don't count the connection to your computer) the hub has two ports mounted on the top. Seems like everyday I am plugging in a jump drive or card reader. I will also add I saved over $20 on this hub when compared to what the electronics store called B.B was selling it for.

  • Summary: It is hard to find Hardware Compatilibity Listed items that are not compatible but maybe I did. I can't tell if my problem is in the hub or the scanner the hub is trying to connect to. Right now i leaning towards the scanner which pulls it power from the USB and or hub. the scanner uses a 35mm slide option which requires more power than the hub can provide even though all the hardware product labels claim to be WinXP and Vista compatible.
