STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Douglas J., Newegg
28 April 2013
  • Summary: This is a re-branded HUB sold by another manufacturer here at New Egg. It is absolute garbage! New Egg do us all a favor and test this Crizap before you sell it and stop wasting our money!
  • Pros: When it worked it was 3.0 Speed.
  • Cons: It only worked on one PC with USB 3.0 on the motherboard. Wouldn't work with any pci add on cards. Failed after a month not even seen in Device manager. Absolute trash!

Piece of garbage! STAY AWAY!

Adam A., Newegg
18 September 2012
  • Summary: Save your money and buy a USB 3.0 hub from ANYONE but Aluratek.
  • Pros: I purchased this piece of garbage to make use of my two USB 3.0 external drives. Initially, the hub worked as advertised. A couple of days in, it would stop being able to access the drive. Now, about a month later, it will only communicate at USB 2.0 speeds and will not recognize ANY USB 3.0 devi...

Aluratek should be ashamed of themselves for marketing this brick. Aluratek also has nonexiste...

  • Pros: Had a different USB 3.0 hub (with 4 SSDs attached) that overheated and stopped working. Replaced it with the Aluratek. It works perfectly and stays relatively cool. No complaints.
  • Cons: None.

Billy H., Newegg
31 December 2010
  • Summary: Don't waste your money on this device.
  • Pros: None
  • Cons: This USB 3.0 hub does not work. Connected it to USB 3.0 connection on motherboard; other USB 3.0 devices work on same port. Had to installed Roswel USB 3.0 PCI card to get additional USB 3.0 ports and it worked prefectly.
