Good Case for Beginning UW Photographer
Dick, B&H Photo

Summary: This was my first case for UW photography. It worked very well and for a beginner I got some good photographs. Make sure to get the case weights and the moisture munchers for the best results. The only problem I had was with some glare when viewing the shots underwater. There is no direct connection for an external strobe. *** A good case for beginning to intermediate UW photographers.
Summary: I have a boat and live in Rio de Janeiro, great buy for a low price. I'm not a profissional underwater fotografer but, now I can take pictures at the beach, rain or boat, and nothing happens with my small great G9. When it's not raining I got my EOS 30D and I'm mortal again.
Summary: the canon housing looks real nice and has all the functions available for the g9, but mine leaked from the front were the screws are on the second time i used it, and i only had it 2' underwater. thank god because i was able to get my camera out quickly enough not to damage it, but had i been on a dive, im sure i'd be out $300 for my camera
Summary: I bought the case for a snorkeling vacation and found the product to be very easy to use and was surprised that I could access the majority of the controls and functions while the camera was in the housing. I experienced no problems with leakage and found that the housing did not seem to reduce the image quality at all.
Pros: Fingertip Controls, Reliable Operation, Strong Construction
Summary: This is very rugged and user friendly. One minus - the only controls not usable is the wheel that controls the shutter speed and aperature in manual mode. All other controls and modes are easy to use.
Pros: Comfortable Design, Fingertip Controls, Reliable Operation, Strong Construction
Summary: I purchased this case to use with the backyard pool taking snap shots of the kids. It has exceeded my expectations, you have vertually oll of the camera controls accessable with the exception of turning the dial on the back of the camera (make shooting in manual mode impossible). for the $ this product pefromed exceptionally, I would have liked the ability to fire a external flash, but that capability seems to come with a significant price jump.
Pros: Comfortable Design, Fingertip Controls, Strong Construction
Summary: Simply: one of the best accesories bougth at B&H. Allmost every function works inside the case. Tested in sea, river and pool. Tip: order an extra sillicon tube, or keep in a safe place the included one as soon as you get it. :=) Keep it away from hard surfaces.
Pros: Easily Loaded Equipment, Seals Easily, Strong Construction
