• IS there a "Tuner" that works with DISH Network output?

  My DISH Network broadcasts over the houses cable system on channel 73. A regular TV picks up the signal with no problem. The "tuners" don't seem to work that way. HELP

  I need a PCIE card that can be use 24 hours by day, 365 days per year for at least 3-4 years. I must archive live broadcast in 2 hour block continually.
  I'm using vb.net (Framework 3.5) with Expression Encoder 3 to configure, preview, start and stop encoding. Window Media Center is disable.
  OS Win7 home Premium
