Summary: I've been using this card as my primary DVR encoding card for over 5 years. It has worked flawlessly with Windows XP, Vista and Win7 media center Editions. I have absolutely not complaints and I've experienced none of the issues mentioned in the other reviews.
Summary: I have used this for over the year's and haven't had any problems with it hardware wise. The software was a small hassle but if your computer savvy an easy fix. It works and does what its supposed to. Not much more you can ask of it.
Summary: This is a good tv card all around the tv quality is very very good the only thing that I don't like is that it won't record direct to dvd from the external imput you have to save it to a file than copy to the dvd this will not act as a video capture card if you want to put your home vhs or cam corder on a dvd. You have to save it in mpeg format first.
Summary: The card slid right into my HP Pavilion a1523w-b Desktop PC. The setup was flawless. I am using an HP Media Center Remote Control for Microsoft Windows Media Center Edition 2005. The picture quality is satisfactory. I can watch TV and surf the internet without any glitches. It is the best accessory (hardware) I have added to my PC, to date!
Summary: The picture quality if much better than my old tuner card. It was very easy to set up with myth tv in Linux. Except for all the remote control buttons aren't set up probably right out of the box in mythtv.
Summary: I have a PC in one of our small bedrooms and didn't want to add another device (Television) to an already cramped space, when we had a relative stay for a couple of weeks. Installing a TV card in the computer appeared to be a good solution. The Tuner was very easy to install, setup, and operate. The quality of the unit and the remote control is also excellent.
Excellent way to record and watch TV on your computer

Summary: I really enjoy using this product to watch TV and record programs. Works well with Windows Media and WinTV2000. WinTV2000 is a little clunky but records MPEG2 video. With Windows Media it has to be converted to MPEG2, which adds time to making DVDs.
Summary: I've owned several different tuner cards and found this one to work the best. I've owned a MTI card and Pinnacle MovieBox and neither did the job of archiving my home movies very well. I have several that I archived with the older hardware and now plan to redo them with this new card. Fortunately I believe this will be the last time I will need to archive them due to the quality of this card.
Summary: Item worked as it stated on the package. Hauppauge is a bit vague in their product designation. I wanted a device that would output FM Radio on a VISTA OS computer. This device only provided TV. I got the product number by calling Hauppauge support. It seems there are different flavors of the WinTV-PVR-150 and I had the wrong one.
