Question: Ray! I upgraded my hvr 850,to950 it still crashes.and goes black

Ray, I upgraded my hvr850, it now shows that it is a 950. The problem I am having hasnt changed. Everything works fine for different spans of time but eventually the computer just dies and goes black. I can fire it back up but it does the same again. Why?
