Diamond Multimedia TV Wonder 650 PCIE is a tuner that enables to transform PC and notebook into an entertainment system. By attaching an amplified high definition antenna or analogue TV cable, user can watch, pause, or record high definition TV on the PC. Among its main features include Motion Adaptive 3D Comb Filter, Edge Enhancement, Noise Reduction, two-built in tuners, ATI Theater™ Video Processing technology, AMD Live! and ATI Catalyst Media Center™.

The Wonder 650 PCIE enables analogue TV and with its 3D Comb Filter, it produces a high quality television and video content experience with clear images. In addition, combination of Motion Adaptive 3D Comb Filter, Edge Enhancement and Noise Reduction also helps providing clear images. Its two built-in tuners offering combo tuning for Over-the-air Digital TV / HDTV (ATSC), Over-the-air / Cable Analogue TV (NTSC), Clear-QAM (unscrambled) Digital HD Cable and FM Radio. Moreover, it also features ATI Theater™ Video Processing Technology that provides hardware MPEG-2 compression, Motion Adaptive 3D Comb Filter, Automatic Colour Control, Automatic Gain Control, Noise Reduction and Edge Enhancement. Meanwhile, the ATI Catalyst Media Center™ offers full PVR, time shifting and DVD playback. Time shifting function allows user to pause, rewind and instant replay live TV program. It supports Windows XP and Windows Vista. Other system requirements include Intel or AMD as system CPU with minimum speed of Intel 2.0 Celeron, Pentium Intel Duo or AMD 3800+ and also system memory of 512 MB.
