Useless. Epic Design Fail. Other device works fine

Summary: This is a useless product. Require superfast internet. I have Ipad 3 and the Skype video call to Indonesia is normally clear. As soon as I switch to the TYCC20W, (connected to my brand new Panasonic Viera 50ST60), Skype video call is blurry. Conversation is choppy. Sometimes can only do voice call only. And even get cut off mid conversation. And as soon as I go back to the Ipad 3, video call is normal again.
Cons: Expensive, Did not meet expectations, Difficult to use, Poor documentation, Poor quality, does not work
Excerpt: Bought this to use with 60" LCD....poor quality. Also because given as a gift after 30 days, can't return. Have never had to return to RadioShack and was unaware of their strict policy. Was Not Written on Shipping slip that said you needed to keep for return! How ironic.....
Summary: Camera is good and does the job. Not enough settings for mic volume, brightness while you talk, speaker volume in Skype, etc. Camera got stuck on very dark screen after clicking the reset button in skype. That's a known problem that Skype and Panasonic should not let exist a second after they are aware of it. The solution is to connect it to the PC and choose Auto-Exposure under camera settings. This is not a solution though. Many people would know know how to do that.
Pros: Compact, Convenient
Cons: stuck on dark screen after clicking "reset" in skp
Summary: Bought this for my parents last year so could use on their smart TV skype in the lounge instead of them having to go upstairs to skype each week on their PC my brother in Australia. They love it and is a breeze to set up and integrate with their TV, not one problem with it since installed.
Summary: Read others comment before purchase and had to think twice, but now pleased that I purchased, as it is very neat and unobtrusive when sat on top of TV. Magnetic fixing seems to work fine on our TV, even has a little cut out on the magnet when the centre screw on TV is so, so you place it in the centre easily and without measuring or needing to fiddle around. I have t risked altering any settings, only to find that you can't reset with plugging into a PC, yet!
Summary: You need this Skpe Camera if you are to use your Panasonic TV as a Skype station. Installation was relatively easy. The microphone is quite sensitive so even from some distance away from the TV, you don't need to shout. The price was also good compared to alternative sources here in Belgium.
