Excerpt: I purchased this cartridge to replace an old one on a vintage turntable I recently acquired for my daughter who has begun to collect vinyl. The M97xe was easy to install and calibrate, and worked beautifully with the low mass tonearm on the turntable.
Excerpt: For the price point, this cartridge really deserves 5 stars, but potential buyers need to be aware that there are better performing cartridges out there, but at a much higher price point. I enjoy the warmth this cart brings to music.

Excerpt: I have installed it in an old Technics SL-20 turntable so I can listen to my old LP records. The sound quality is excellent when I play some classical music. It was delivered right at my door in very sturdy packaging. The instructions were simple enough to install it and adjust the tonearm.
