Excerpt: I'm just starting out in the world of vinyl and I wasn't sure what to invest my money in. A friend of mine who has an extensive collection and works in the music industry recommended this turntable for maximum performance and cost effectiveness.
Pros: Consistent, Easy To Use, Excellent Sound, Professional Features
Excerpt: My previous Sony record player (bought in 1972) finally died. The turntable that I purchased does an excellent job in playing my many 33 1/3 RPM records. It does not play 78 RPM records and I do not miss that. I also do not miss having the ability to stack multiple records for playing.
Excerpt: I bought the Audio-Technica turntable and I am very happy with my purchase. I am new to vinyl and I wanted a turntable that would simply play records, I'm not a DJ. At first I bought a Crosley player and it was useless. I paid slightly more for this player and it is immensely better.
Excerpt: Replacing my old turntable with this one - nice modern design. It's great not to need a preamp for it. It has its own built in (or you can turn it off and use your own) and it is a good sounding one.
Summary: I looked at 10-15 turntables before purchasing this one and I am so glad I did my homework. This has turned out to be the best one (for the money), that I saw. A few had better features and many were far inferior. In my day I collected a very large amount of albums. Some are over 50 years old.
Excerpt: the turntable arrived wonderfully packed so as to avoid any possible damage. I is a perfect turntable for person going to vinyl the first time or like me coming back to vinyl after all the years of everything else.
Pros: Great Customer Service, Product Arrived Damage Fr, Product Just A Described, Shipping on time
