Summary: Works fine. Toasts nicely. Not the fastest, not the slowest. Easy to clean. Would have to pretty angry to lose my mind if all the previous was not true. If it sucked, I know Amazon would take it back. Don't sweat the small stuff.
Summary: Very simple toaster that looks nice and toasts very quickly and evenly. Excellent toaster for a great price. The only negative I have is that if you want to stop toasting in the middle of cooking, the only way to stop the process is to force the button up.
Summary: I have so many issues with this toaster. 1) It shouldn't be advertised as a "cool touch" toaster since you can get burnt each time you use this, unless you wait for the toaster to cool down (didn't have this issue with my previous T-fal).
Summary: I recall growing up with just one toaster--it was cheap and made perfect toast even after putting up with kid abuse for over 20 years. Nowadays, I can't seem to find a decent toaster anywhere--they either break within a couple years or don't work well to begin with.
Summary: I got this toaster because I wanted a bigger toaster but didn't need anything overly fancy. I think it works good, never had any problems with it. I gave it four stars instead of five because of the only thing I which it had was a cancel button or something to stop toasting.
Summary: I finally had to replace the Proctor-Silex toaster that I've had for 31 yrs. Only because the slots weren't big enough for bagles and muffins. I bought this one also made by Proctor-Silex mainly because of the track record of my old one.
