Summary: Love the retro look of this toaster. Works fine though had to turn it up high to make the toast as brown as I wanted. Also flex seemed to me to be quite short - toaster has to be placed very close to the electrical socket.
Summary: I have had this toaster for a while, and my husband, son and I all hate it. Try doing 4 slices of toast, and you have two burnt and two that you have to keep putting back. We are about to have a part refurb in the kitchen, and cannot wait to replace this toaster and the kettle. Would never buy another one of this make.
Summary: Design is nice, it looks very nice in the kitchen and the cream colour and nice shiny chrome effect stainless steel looks nice. The only minus point I have found is it is quite slow to toast. On average setting of 5, although I haven't timed it, I seem to be waiting getting on for 5 minutes for the toast to pop up. It toasts it well, its just very slow. Pops up almost silently.
Summary: I love the look of this toaster, it looks very smart in the kitchen, especially if you have the matching products. However, I am slightly disappointed with one aspect of this toaster and that is that it does not pop the toasted item up very far. With toast its OK - but with muffins, crumpets or anything slightly smaller, you have to prise it out with something. Even lifting the lever up does not help raise the item much.
