Summary: We are very pleased with our purchase a very nice looking appliance that blends well with other stainless kitchen appliances. we are extremely satisfied with its performance everything we were looking for.
Summary: We have this exact toaster at work and it gets used hard. It hold up great and it is a sharp looking toaster. I figured if all the people at work using it all morning long and it is still working, then that is what I need. Great choice.
Summary: I was given this toaster for a birthday gift- it lasted exactly 2 months and the left side just completely went out. I asked about having it serviced and it would cost about the same as a new toaster cost.
Summary: Overall, this is a great, reliable toaster. I personally didn't find the "bagels" setting to my liking, since it toasts only one side of the bagel. The setting would be fine for spreading cream cheese on the untoasted side, but I spread margarine on my bagels, so I've ended up using a regular toast setting. The need to pull the plug from the wall outlet to turn it off does take some getting used to.
Summary: I purchased this Hamilton Beach toaster last year and was very happy with it for the first 4 months untill the digital eliments on the right side went out. Hamilton Beach customer service was happy to send me a new toaster if I cut off the plug on the older toaster and sent it in along with shipping charges. Three weeks later I recieved my new toaster. It lasted 2 months before the same digital eliments went out again.
