Summary: Areal nice looking toaster. Tested it and it toasted 4 slices ok. Toast was dry all the way through. Will not pop up all the way, so I have to dig the toast out with a knife. Called mfg, and they said that's the way it works. They said they would send me a new one, but it would do the same thing.
Summary: When I ordered the toaster the left side had a hard time popping up. Like the springs to pop up your stuff was not strong enough. So I exchanged it for another. When the second one came it was not brand new! The cord was very flexible. On new ones the cords are very stiff.
Summary: Their older version of this model was a little better but this is really a nice good looking unit - have had it for over a year, use it daily and it is still at 100% functioning on all slots and features.
Summary: Toaster has 5 levels of power but at level three the bread slices are burnt and even when toasted at lesser level there is no even toast burnt in the centre and under cooked at the edges Coming to the crumb tray it only collects huge crumbs(usually there are only few ) the smaller crumbs still stick...
Summary: This toaster worked well for about 2 years but now one side won't stay down to toast, a problem others have had. Also, the knobs that adjust the toasting setting are all black and it is next to impossible to see what number they are pointing at.
Summary: Cashed in a gift card from a supplier at work (ethics policy) and got this for our break room. It looks great and works even better. It does all kinds of breakfast foods with easy adjustments by type.
