Summary: This oven is extremely good and it is unfortunate the manufacturer did not continue its production...The cost was high and perhaps this is the reason but it certainly meets any expectation I could have for it..
Summary: I like this unit very much. At this point I've used it only a few times. I did make pizza in it twice and it turned out better than expected. However I chose not to use the stone, instead I bought a 12 inch pizza pan. This unit is very nice looking and a snap to use it first time.
Summary: Only problem I have with the brick oven is it's too small. I thought I could use it to make biscuits, popovers, rolls etc while other things cooking in my over. Not anything I wanted to use it for fit in the small area.....so it sits and looks pretty on my counter.
Summary: Frankly - this oven has worked great for us - I did really love it. UNTIL: the indicator dial: all of the text has worn away. Now, we have no idea if it's set to toast, bake, broil, convection, ??? No idea whatsoever. So now, our $250 perfect working order oven is pretty much useless.
CUISINART...from best to worst in 20 short years.....
California Consumer, Amazon
5 June 2012
Summary: This review is long over due; I apologize for failing to warn others of the exceedingly cheap quality of this oven. Let's review CUISINART's corporate history...so as to make it easier for all to understand why the good name of CUISINART is being so harshly criticized, herein.
Summary: The oven is large and noisy and I'm worried about its longevity. It's also troubling that Cuisinart has discontinued the item. These issues aside, this is a fantastic toaster oven and an even better pizza oven.
Summary: This is my second cuisinart brk-200 purchase. Loved the first one so much, bought a second for my daughter. The versatility of this little powerhouse oven makes it a must have. Whether you are convection baking a loaf of artisan bread on the included baking stone or simply toasting a bagel, this is...
Good basic baking. Convection fan gave out in 6 months
6 October 2011
Summary: So long as the convection function was working, this oven did everything I wanted it to, although the "bake 25 degrees lower" instructions would have been useful to know. Then one day the convection fan just stopped working.
