Excerpt: I received the Cuisinart Brick Oven Classic as a wedding gift last year. I have always used a toaster oven often and found this particular one to be a really great appliance. I use it often and could not be more pleased with it. …
Summary: Bought this oven 4 years ago. I am a retired professional cook and baker. I live full time in a rv. Worked perfect for everything. Needs a 9x13 without hanles to fit but I found one. My nephew wanted a KA. After reading its reviews and my experience he's gettung the cuisinart brick oven
Started out great but now two upper elements dead and there is no support from the manufacturer. So we eventually took it apart

Summary: Started out great as backup oven aboard my boat. Now both upper elements are inoperable. Both went out at the same time so seems like something in the controller rather than the elements themselves. Will still toast but takes twice as long and you have to turn the toast and of course no broiling.
Summary: Cuisinart Brick Oven. Three magic words, no? They were enough to make me grab it from an auction website for my pizza/bread experiments. It does make nice pizza. Not the super crispy crust you'd expect from a brick oven because there is no heating element on the bottom.
Summary: The shortcomings of this item can be gleaned from the reviews. After weighting the info presented, I purchased, and I am not at all disappointed. The lack of a timer, on all but toaster mode, may concern some, but I find more benefit to two racks.
