Summary: This product is a great idea. I bought it to take with me to use in my hotel on an extended stay while my Mom was in the hospital. It would have been perfect. I unpacked it and wanted to make sure everything worked. The coffee pot lid was broken, the toaster tray was bent but I was willing to say "so what" if it worked. Put a piece of bread in the toaster, poured the water through the coffee maker, turned the timer on and the timer knob crumbled into pieces.
Summary: Initially I got a defected one so I replaced it right away without using it but ended up having same problem after a couple of times of using it. Defect was the bottom knob which was for time dial. It falls out and breaks easily. I liked the idea of having three in one but it was poorly made. So I am returning it because even if I replace it again, I think I'd have the same problem.
Summary: this thing is a piece of crap. really surprised it had any good reviews at all. the first time i used it the timer knob came off, and when i put it back on it cracked in 3 pieces. the coffee pot only brews half of the water put in the tank. the tube that brings the hot water up to pour over the coffee grounds is not permanent or tight fit. i used the coffee pot 4 times, it gradually got worse with each use.
Summary: It is a very functional apparel to have in the kitchen. It combines efficiency and timesaving attributes. One can have coffee, a toast, eggs and sausages cooked a the same time. Someone can even have all these going while preparing for work. It is an effective breakfast helper in those tight moments of the morning for a single person like myself. It take about 2 minutes of my time to set it up and it does the rest while I'm taking my shower.

Summary: I chose this rating because the inventor/designer had a wonderful idea (5 STAR) but the engineers need to start over again. After two/three weeks I contributed the "thing" the engineers put together to a Goodwill store.
