Summary: So I have bought this oven TWICE. Each time it has lasted about 4 years. It still currently works but the bottom heating elements have gone out. Not sure it's worth fixing or just buying a new one. I like that it is bigger inside to actually cook meals in it. I have cooked about everything in it just the same as I would my regular oven.
Summary: This is a great little machine. We have had one for a number of years with no trouble. We have made almost everything in it that you can imagine from cakes to french fries to turkey and pies. Does great on frozen foods and 12" pizzas. As others have said it does get a little hotter in the back an so it does a little better job if you turn the food around about half way thru the cooking time.
Summary: This unit arrived today on time. When opened I was so very disappointed. I bought new and this was so used! For starters it was not in original box just thrown in with very little padding. When we took the unit out it was obvious is was used. It was dirty, food splattered up inside the top and also a few splatters on the front, and it smelled. No booklet or tool that was supposed to come with it.
Summary: I love this thing! Even my Mom was amazed at how awesome it is compared to those other convection ovens that cost $20-$40 more!! My reason for buying this was to not use my actual oven as much to cut down on my electric. Dinner is a breeze and I use this at least 4-5 times a week. Going on a few months and it still works perfectly.
Summary: I got this oven after researching on several websites - it was mostly highly related, with a few exceptions. I mainly liked the size of it (like to be able to heat regular sized pizzas) and I like the convection option. Well, boy was I to be surprised when the convection fan didn't even work the very first time I tried it! Also the Toast feature is listed in the instruction booklet as just needing the timer on and the Function set to Toast.
Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me.

Summary: The top heating elements are not durable. I bought one of these in Feb. 2012, and enjoyed it for about 15 months. Then one day after cooking at high heat for maybe 20-30 minutes, the top heating elements suddenly stopped working. I like the features and appearance of this oven, so I bought another one. The same thing happened after only 5 months of use this time. There's only two people in the house so we're not using it over-extensively.
Summary: Love Love Love... I use my toaster oven on a regular basis. From pizza to chicken and anything else that needs to be crispy. My last one broke which was a black and decker. I wanted the same one but came across this one. The price was great and it had all the functions of my old one. Easy to use. Temps though don't hold true. If it recommends cooking on 300 I would do 250.
Summary: Be careful ordering used items when there is only 1 left. I can not get an exchange and very disappointed they would sell an item with a broken door hinge that was actually missing on the right side. I returned it and waiting to get credit back.
