Strong on Looks, Weak on Performance and Durability

Summary: This is a good looking toaster oven with a lot of features; it's big without being too big. On the down side, compared to the 8 year old Cuisinart it replaced, it is very slow to heat up and takes a long time to toast. The settings for the knobs, which determine the function being used, are a bit confusing. And, sadly, the quality does not seem to be all that great.

Summary: My wife and I have had a DeLonghi toaster oven in our house since before we were married. It has been the most-used and depended on piece of kitchen equipment that we have (except for the coffee maker). I use this 5-10x more than the microwave and it never disappoints. The convection feature is a necessity for making oven-baked chicken, baked potatoes, or anything that you'd like to have cooked with a consistent and even temperature.
Summary: It doesn't "brown" chicken or pork as well as the DeLonghi without rotisserie it replaced. Called DeLonghi customer service but got no satisfaction. Have to use paprika to get it brown. Toaster: Forget it, doesn't work. Same for broiling. Fan & Bake is the only setting we use.
Excerpt: This is my second one and I love everything about it. Easy to use, heat up fast, easy to clean.Nice design , great addition to the top line appliances in Your kitchen( not all the time You need your big double oven), multiple use.Would buy again.
Pros: Easy To Clean, Even Heating, Excellent Heating, Lots of Room, Precise Controls, Versatile
Summary: This toaster oven is like a mini convection oven. It's great because I don't have to heat the house up to bake. It does cakes better than my big oven, too! Not the greatest for toast, and only small items fit in the rotisserie over the bake pan. But, both functions perform adequately.
Summary: The purpose of our purchase of this oven was to use the microwave less. Also to keep the kitchen cooler in the summer, we live near Phoenix and it is the perfect way to bake without all the heat. Finding baking pans has been a problem. The rotisserie is a big disappointment, as it is to close to the top of the oven, so have never used it.
