  • Summary: Seems to be a well put together tent, decently manufactured product that could take many years use. However, it is not a brilliantly designed tent. The poles hardly fit through the pole sleeves, which makes putting it up a bit irritating, but taking it down is a nightmare trying to remove the poles.

Had this tent for few months, 5 outings lasting couple…

  • Summary: Had this tent for few months, 5 outings lasting couple of days each. have to say very impressed so far, had tons of rain, no leaks, no condensation. I also purchased the footprint ground sheet. I think this is essential as fly sheet is thin! It is a bit weighty but it's a three-man tent if 3 people carrying then it's not.

  • Summary: I wanted a tent for myself and two sons, so hunted and came across the Hurricane, though after hunting the net found zero reviews, so opted instead for Vango's Spirit 300 which was returned due to its fly (man talk about thin!! Give Vango their due however; I emailed them and in three days got a reply answering my fears on the Spirit so, well done guys).
