Summary: I bought this tent to take on RAGBRAI in Iowa. It worked out fantastic! We used a large queen size air mattress and it fit easily plus had plenty of room left over on either side. It was also very east to put up. As someone who dosent use a tent very often, it went up and came down very fast and easily. It even fit back into the bag without much problem. One night we had a pretty bad wind/rain storm and the tent held up nicely.
Summary: This tent sets up so fast we couldn't believe it. You CAN stand in the middle of it provided you don't have two cots set up in the middle of it. My only wishes for improvement would be: a pocket on both sides of the tent (what's with that, Coleman? Only one person needs to find things in the middle of the night?) a slightly easier closure (the little zipper cover sometimes gets in the way) and a few more loops for hanging lightweight items. Other than that, full marks.
Summary: This was a perfect tent for our family of five. I love that I can stand up (5'4'') to change clothes! We can fit two queen airbeds an still have room at the door. Goes up and comes down quick and easily. Best of all it fits bag in the bag without multiple tries even our 10 year old can fold it all an put in the bag this is not the case with any of our previous tents.
Summary: I've used the tent twice so far in preparation for a week-long bicycle camping trip. For its package size and weight, I was surprised at how spacious it was and how easy it was to set up. I particularly liked how well the tent poles slid through the sleeves in the tent without getting hung up as often happens with other tents. The instructions are well written and sewn to the inside of the carrying case so they should never get lost.
Summary: This is a good tent. The seems are double stitched and at first try it doesn't look like it will rip anywhere. But the pricing is little weird. I found 4-people coleman tent at local Big5 store for 49.99 and only difference i could see was that it was blue and bigger. This tent should be cheaper. Anyhow. Some of people complain that this tent can not be used for colder temperatures because there is no way of zipping up the vent area on the top of the tent. That is true.
Summary: This is a good little tent for my husband and myself. We go camping in the mountains only a couple times a year. This time we went over Memorial Day, when it can still be chilly. Putting up the tent was easy and intuitive. We waterproofed the tent and everything stayed dry despite a couple hours of rain and hail. We were even able to get the tent back into the tent bag when we were done and took it down.
Summary: I went camping to Lake George, NY this past Memorial Day weekend and after tryinf to buy a tent on Amazon I had to buy one at my local Sports Authority stoe because I didn't want to pay for shipping and the tents Amazon had which had free shipping tool too long to ship (3-6 weeks) I purchased the Evaston 6 tent and when I arrived in Lake George and took it out of the box I realized the tent listed on the outside of the bag was not the same tent inside, after looking at...
Summary: Let me set the record straight, this tent is awesome! I am 6'2 and it sleeps me very well. It went through about 5 straight nights of constant rain and I or anything inside the tent did not get wet at all. This tent is super. For the price, buy it! The color combo is also really eye catching as well. Easy to set up and take down.
Summary: This is a well constructed little tent that is relatively easy to assemble. Needless to say, 7'x7' is not a whole lot of room for the advertised "3-Person" capacity, especially since I am 6'4". However, this is no surprise - all the other tent manufacturers would call this a 3-person tent as well. The tent allows breezes to flow through easily due to the two vented sides (under the rain cover in the images).
