Summary: Will not use till May, but the tent looks like it is constructed well and is very spacious. I wish there was a gear net, or at least a flashlight hook at the very top inside. Will try and update review after it is used a bit outdoors.
Summary: from the full rainfly to the almost full screening on the main tent to the screened vent and bathtub floor this is a great deal. plenty of room for you and your gear to stay out of the weather.
Summary: This is not a negative review - deficiencies must be reported to avoid buyer disappointment. Tent is of acceptable quality for price - lives up to Coleman reputation. It is roomy enough for a queen size airbed (no more than 10" high or it will hit sloping sides of tent) and some gear with good headroom - very roomy for two persons with sleeping bags. Large single door opening. Vestibule opening is small and low - must crawl in.
Summary: I bought this tent for my son who just moved up to Boy Scouts. We researched many tents online and he picked this one because of the large vestibule. Set up took a little longer than expected because of the rainfly. But he and his fellow scout got it set up and had plenty of room inside for their bags and gear. Tent is bulkier and heavier than expected. Not really a backpacking tent.
Summary: I have bought these tents as Troop Tents and knew going in that quality was going to be an issue . They are very durable so far and with 10 rambunctious scouts I'm very pleased. For the cost you can't beat them .Only issue has been a torn seam at the entrance zipper , a repair stitch was done on site . Very water proof , bathtub style bottom insures no seams to leak . Vestibule is roomy and keeps dirty boots outside the tent .
Summary: Bought this tent specifically for a one person & gear use, but should work adequately for 3 people with gear outside and exceptionally for an adult & kids with gear outside. 2 people tents seem to be too small for 2 people or 1 person & gear, so I went with this 3 person tent. Had plenty of room for me, gear inside, & gear outside. Didn't care for the bright orange color, but Coleman tents seem to work well for their pricing.
Summary: Roomy tent with good vestibule. Very heavy for hiking. Quality is good, but not great. We have about 10 of these in our Scout Troop and in the first year we've had a couple of zipper issues and multiple holes in the floor. Zipper issue are quality based, which Coleman customer support was great. Holes in the floor were inexperienced Scouts.
