Summary: It rained the first day I used it in Grand Tetons, but everything inside stayed dry. There is space between the rain fly and the main tent so condensation wasn't issue. It held up in 40-50 mph gusts in Hurricane Pass in the Grand. I was really sold on the tent using it in the Smokies during the summer months. Most of the tent is made of mesh so I stayed cool (cool as anyone can be in the hot muggy south) and didn't have to worry about bugs!
