Summary: Add one more television to this list...purchased new from Tigerdirect in December 2012 and less than one year later the picture starting blacking out. I tried moving from one bedroom to another and the problem has persisted. Seems like Westinghouse would have the good sense to recall this model because 'word of mouth' negative reviews can be a killer. This is the last Westinghouse product we will purchase.
Summary: TV worked fine when we first got it, but then the screen would flicker and over time it got worse and worse, until it didn't work any more. I'm an engineer, but not an electrical engineer and often get frustrated with electronic things. In my industry we find percussive maintenance can solve a lot of issues, so I took to banging on the TV (what harm could I do, it was already not working). But I discovered that this actually would fix it!
Summary: I bought this TV in March, 2011 from Wal Mart. Very few reviews on it at the time, but all were good. As of this past month (September, 2013) the picture is gone. Same story as everyone else on here. Rolling picture and lines and then, nothing. Some days are better than others. I am pretty pissed. 2 1/2 years out of a tv? I have a tv (granted it's not a flat screen) from circa 1994 that is still working.
Summary: Like others that have written reviews here, I bought this at Best Buy just over a year ago. Like others that have written reviews here, this thing started to have intermittent display issues. Unlike the average customer, I'm pretty handy with electronics (I was once a computer engineering student and computer hardware designer) so I popped this thing open, knowing that the kinds of issues I was seeing just screamed "cold solder joint!
Summary: I should have listened, I bought this TV with the hopes of getting a random quality product. Noooooo!!!!! Less than 6 months (better than some others) I too get the blank black screen of death. Of course I'm checking all my inputs (can't be the HDTV?) who was I kidding! I am so mad at myself for buying and Westinghouse for putting out such an inferior product. I will not spend or send anymore money for anything Westinghouse again. "BUYER BEWARE" READ!
Summary: I agree with most of the reviews. Do not waste your money on this Westinghouse set. I have one and the condo has a sencond. Both units lost power supplies and were not working within 6 weeks. Spend a few more dollars and get a Samsung, Toshiba or other. It will be worth the time and aggrivation.
Do not buy any Westinglhouse TV especially the LD-3235

Summary: I purchased three LD-3235 LED TV's for my beach vacation rental in October 2011. It is January 2013 and I was informed by tenants that two of the TV's have blank screens. They have had some flicker problems off and on in the past but seem to work for most the tenants. Now they are both blank screen with sound most of the time. If I move the TV or lightly tap it they will both get a picture but quickly go blank again with some line waves then blank.
Summary: the cost of it the picture is very nice is a 1080p this all I can say is one of the best buy okokokokokookookokokokokokokokokokokookokokokokokookokokokookokokkookokokokokokokokookokokokokokookokokokokokokookokokookokokookokokokokokokokookokokokokokookokokokookokokokokokookokokokokookokokokookokokokookokokokookokokok
Summary: I purchased this TV from Amazon. I don't think they offer it anymore. I actually have it outside in my patio. During the summer, I use it almost everyday. It's already gone through it's 2nd summer. I have it hooked up to a terrestrial antenna and blu ray player and the picture is decent for being outside on bright sunny day. Really the only complaint I have is that the tuner is really slow. Other than that; for the price ($199 on sale), it's been a great tv.
